My first pokemon game (Mystery Dungeon EoD) I played through as Skitty. By the end of it, my level 100 Skitty had cleared every level and defeated literal gods on nothing but sheer will and persistence. Skitty was my intro into Pokemon, and for that it will always hold a special place in my heart <3
